Hi, I like the pattern lovely. I was wondering have they improved the pattern for beginners, like adding numbers to the pattern. It looks like I would become confused with the counting. I guess I can put the numbers on myself. Again lovey piece.

Hi! I love peyote and wish I could do it better, but I keep having trouble with my stopper bead coming loose and falling off, also that my thread keeps getting all tangled and stuck... any advice?

I’ve been looking at this along with your other bracelets for color inspirations, with the intent of buying the beads I’d need, yet I can’t seem to find the bead names or numbers for these ones along with some others either on here or on your website ! I’m either blind, or, well yup I must be blind ! I’d list them all, but you’d be bored 1/2 way though, but these bracelets are an example, especially the purple/aqua and the brown/teal. Help please !? 🙈🙏🙂

Do you have a full video of the making of this bracelet. I struggle with diagrams a lot and cannot read this one rightly so my bracelet is not coming out with the desired diagonals
This video does show the whole process for making the bracelet. Were you having trouble getting it to play? The only thing I didn't show was completing all of the stitching, because it would be hours and hours of repetition if I did. The pattern is available in the kit, so if you bought the kit, it would come with a printed version of the illustrations and the pattern.

Great video. Is it normal for the beading to become curved instead of keeping a rectangular shape?
Allison Bishop It can. It may be due to your tension, you may be weaving too tightly. Miyuki Delica Beads are designed to be uniform, but there is the occasional rogue bead.
remember, if you don't feel safe to use the same size needle, you can go to a smaller size needle to weave the thread, so you don't take the chance of breaking the beads. it will happen, due to the thread and same size needle trying to go through the beads. just a little hint for ya all
How many total tubes of delicas are needed for a 7-8 inch bracelet and what size tubes do you need?
These kits come with three 8 gram tubes, one of each color bead.

Hi Megan, i found Beadaholique is Genious,you guys always made some Kits to make easy to learn how to make Patterns,it's been a long time i want to make a Peyote Bracelet whit a chart but i've nevder did that because i always found hard to read a chart,after mystakes again again i decided that was not for me but whit this Fantastic tut. video & the Kits you have made i will do one for shure so Thank You for this amazing kits & your instructions was very helpfull.
I don't understhand whe nyou attached the claps how you know it's time to make a V shape or a T shape that's confuse me??? Q.2- do you have other Patterns for this kit??? and finally why not use the Tube Bars specially for that kind of peyote Bracelet ???. Thank's Megan i really enjoy to watch your tut. video!
Hi Sylvie, thanks! As for attaching the clasp, these instructions are specifically for these kit bracelets. So they will work with this size beads and this wide of a bracelet. With this specific bracelet, the spacing works out to do the clasp exactly as I have shown. For other bracelets, you would just have to see how the spacing works out between the bracelet and the clasp loops. This is a brand new kit, and it has two different patterns with three colors each. There may be new patterns released in the future. I'm not sure which tube bars you mean. Are you referring to the Miyuki Slide Ends? Those do not work with peyote stitch, and are also only for size 11/0 Delicas. I hope that helps!

The first 3 rows is he hardest thing EVER!!!!!!!!!!!! I give up. I can't get past row 2
Jane E I felt that way too. My rows were a little loose looking. I literally had to step away and take a deep breath. But I kept going to see what would happen. By the time I got to row 5 or so, then I gently pulled on my tail thread and my working thread and it all kinda tightened up and I was thrilled. I was using 11/0 Toho seed beads. It looks nice but it doesn’t “lock” the bead in place as much as in the video. Definitely seems like I have to watch my tension more than with the Delicas maybe. I’ll try using Delicas next time to see if there really is that big of a difference.

great video! I can't wait to try peyote technique. I have a question: when you attached the clasp, why did use 2 different techniques (for 1, 3 and 5 a loop but for 2&4 back around to create a kind of T)? Is this because of the placement of the openings of the clasp with regards to the bead placement? Perhaps when I actually do one of these, it'll be apparent to me but I was wondering on the logic... Thanks again for the video! I look forward to watching and learning many more techniques through your videos.
It is precisely because of the placement of the beads. Doing "V"s for all the loops would not match up as well as they do if you alternate. Thanks for watching!
