For instance, France: Absolutely just stole a bunch of assets and mashed them together, while following the tutorials to collect objects, but he KEEPS REUSING THE SAME CUBE GAME-OBJECT FOR EVERY SINGLE ONE, and embeds a different image to each one. He didn't give any of the games a sky-box outside of the one unity provides, and i'm pretty sure for the vegas game, he used pro-builder to make a lot of the platforms you fly and walk around on.
I wish that I could tell Wayne that his problem with steam vr while playing fran was because if a game launches steam vr as part of the launching process, it grabs discord and won't let go of it. you have to solve it by launching steam vr through steam, and then your game, and then closing steam vr. it's a real pain in the dick.

ANOTHER THING: he didn't make invisible walls, so you really could just fly around outside of the map he "provided" for you to play on.
