I suggest keeping a few chests outside, one for crops and another for fish, you could also have some for resources and flowers - that way you don’t have to go into your house to store those things.
I even took the storage chest out of my house because it’s more handy! Though if you have another chest of that type (purchasable not the craftable chest) they share the same inventory which I was sad about at first because I desperately needed more storage but then I realised it’s actually great because you could place one in every biome and one in your house to access that shared inventory anywhere (kinda like a Minecraft Ender Chest if you’re familiar with those)
My switch crashed and all my stuff in my chest disappeared

The souffle trick is not an infinite bug...You are limited by the amount of coal that you have harvested. When you run out of coal you will have to spend a lot of time harvesting more...planting carrots and later canola can be more efficient. I enjoyed the video!
All you have to do is buy coal from Kristoff for €5

@DheGame you can also move goofy's stall but cannot place them in the plaza for some reason was gonna make a farmers market havent tried putting them in other locations yet though
so one thing keep 3 blueberry bushes in the forest for a quest so you're not double touching things also you should really farm in the area the seeds came from its does make it faster pumpkins are 30 minutes faster in the forsaken land and that 30 minutes is everything.
You don't have to move your house. I have my giant farm right in front of Goofy's house and his stall. You can go into his house to cook dishes for energy that way you can keep farming without having to enter your house for more stamina. Also using 5 of the same ingredients will make you a dish with LOTS of stamina.

Don't forget to tell them about the importance of dreamshards Serroh. My game was locked down with no shops, no new quests, and almost no villagers for 2 days when that quest hit and waiting on only 1 dreamshard.

Just fyi, there is certain outfits in the avatar create tool that can softlock you out of scrooge's quest when you port them. For me it was the red showman outfit.

You can also place your home in an area and close game log back in and spawn u in that area. As i cudnt move wishing well and i needed mushrooms 👍

Pixar Fest - If you have the founder's pack or playing with Game Pass, you get the founder's pack for free. You get a ton of the moonlight coins for free. You that to buy the star coins. Unlock more moonlilght coins using the start coins. I literally bought over half the stuff in the Pixar Fest for free doing this. Hardly did any of the duties. Only need to do a few actual duties to get the remaining star coins to unlock everything. Also, thanks for the moving the wishing well tip!!! SO HELPFUL!

@@carinproud434 It's been awhile so apologies if I miss something:
Go to your mailbox to collect the founder's pack rewards. You should get a bunch of moonlight. Go to the menu and go to the "event" tab. Go down to "Rewards" and click on "Buy Currencies". Use all your moonlight to buy the star coin thingies. Look through the battle pass thing and redeem all the tiles that give you moonlight. Use that extra moonlight to buy more start coin thingies. Now use the star coin thingies to buy the rest of the rewards you want.
Canola farming once you've unlocked field of Valor is a better grinding method to make money. Plus you won't burn through your coal. Canola is also best to grow in the field of valor.
why is it best to grow there? Do you get more yeild?
@@chiarra644 I don't know if you found out why, but someone else commented that crops grow faster in the biomes you get them from. I'm assuming this is what they meant as well, but I don't know if it's true. I haven't looked into it, I've just been reading other comments haha.

@@britthyli4796 I finally opened my game up after getting back from vacay and I have noticed that in the meadow (where I'm growing all my crops,) the seeds you buy there all have arrows next to them pointing up while the others don't, so maybe it is true. I'm going to give it a try.
You can also time travel letting everyone know.
U can grab wood/ flowers and get them over on the side ur on, cuz on the switch u can't move the well over the dead stumps.... At least that's what I have found
Anyone if the memories from the books lying around are pre-set or not? Just encountered a glitch with the one at the very bottom of the nystery cave for getting Ursula, when I interacted with it the memory orb from it landed behind the big stones nearby and I can't get close enough to where it is now to pick it up.
Same thing happened to me in Merlin's house. Book next to the telescope. Memory fell between the telescope and the window and it's just out of reach.

Doesn’t different fruits/vegetables grow better in certain areas? Or is it just gardening? So I’m asking if I move the banana trees from the beach to the plaza would it still grow fine or would it take longer?
The better rate is 10%. So a six hour pumpkin would be five hours forty (bad at math)
Do you get more money for them by placing the restaurant next to the stall? I didn’t think it was worth the effort plus it uses up your coal which you need for other recipes I’ve been farming Canola which is profitable and once I get access to pumpkins I’ll use those. It is handy if you want a few thousand quickly I guess…

How do you collect the items when you get your friends to level 10? It’s not in my items or clothing. I see you have the Merlin hat that’s why I ask.

I'd rather over night pumpkins 400 to 500 k every four hours for easier gold over the Remy bit honestly. Water it twice before bed wake up rich enough to but scrooges shop daily

Does anyone else have trouble getting their event center open? Mine has been blank for 2 weeks and I still can’t log into the save cloud :( please help!! (gaming on Switch )I also bought the ultimate edition and I’m not able to collect my items in mail box because the save cloud won’t work.
Edit : if I restart the game will I be able to collect the extras from the pack I bought?
This may seem REALLY obvious, but make sure your Switch is set to the correct date and time. Mine wasn't (because I was doing time travel in ACNH). I couldn't see the current event, but as soon as I changed the date/time to what it's supposed to be...BAM, it was available to me. So obvious now.

Mass farming doesn’t work for everyone. That’s my game breaker. Anything over 150 crops and my game crashes every few minutes. I’d love someone, anyone to make a video on how to make money if you have the farming glitch.

You get them at level 22. I just got them. =)

It's part of leveling your personal character if you haven't found out already. Max level is 40, and you get rewards the whole way. 2 of them being wings.

with the tip that involves chef rez, why don't you just cook inside the restaurant instead of having a stove outside?
It's a bit faster to cook on the regular stove outside than it is to cook in the restaurant
I play on switch and it won’t let me connect to cloud save so I can’t do the event 😢
You have to set your switch in the actual time. No time traveling. Maybe you have to restart your game after cloud serving. Because you wont be able to harvest herbs anymore. I have the same problem because I realised my time on the switch is Nov 2023.

@@TheNanaSprinkles were you able to get it to allow you to harvest crops. I was on the wrong time because of a different game and went back to the correct date so the cloud save would work (it does now) but now I can't harvest crops.

I have a question regarding resources and materials for quests. Moving the wishing wells certainly is a game changer! Thx! But I specifically have troubles finding sea weed for ropes etc. although I have unlocked the beach area and the glade of trust. I just found a bit sea weed which has been in these areas from the beginning, but non is respawning. Any tips or suggestions? Or could it be a bug?
You get seaweed by fishing in any kind of water. Just make sure you do NOT cast into the bubbles/circles. Occasionally you'll also get cod this way but mostly seaweed.
You can actually catch seaweed from fishing anywhere in the ocean that’s not one of the circles with bubbles. You can catch seaweed and cod this way. Bring your fishing buddy and you can get a lot of seaweed pretty quickly.

A tip for catching seaweed more often than fish is to fish in the sand bars/ shallow water you can walk on- on the beach. Gives better chances of getting more seaweed
For all of my impatient peeps. You do NOT have to wait 24 hours. You can skip time on your console just like on Animal Crossing. Yes… game changer🎉

So yesterday I lost my whole game at level 21 from logging into my Switch cloud save. I was playing on PC Steam and saved to cloud but the Switch said not today and deleted my whole file !!!!

The first quest in the castle unlocks Remy - do his quest to get him in your world, then pay to open his Restaurant. The Eggs, Butter, Cheese & Milk are sold behind his counter

I do not know why people do what is in TIp 1, putting everything together to be convenient and stuff... it takes away all the experience of the game, making it into a chore, to just go around and collect in one cramped up spot. It is supposed to be an experience of a beautiful world populated with Disney characters. People take videogames so seriously... like when you get toxic in Heroes of the Storm, and not caring to try and enjoy that you play awesome heroes and villains of Blizzard. I just can't get it. This is supposed to be fun and relaxation, not a chore to do every day, like cleaning your house.
moving everything together makes it less of a chore because then you don't have to go everywhere to get things, just one spot and it gets it done quicker
@@chiarra644 It makes it into a brainless activity of clicking on stuff at a place of harvest spots, instead of moving around and getting immersed in Dreamlight Valley...
@@richardkutsera4992 you still have to move around and collect things from the biomes, not to mention you can decorate it and just take strolls. I like having orchards and easily get just as immersed. I'm also not a fan of the original placement of some of the trees and bushes. Also, the crops are better planted in their own biomes, so you still have another reason to go to all the biomes. I'm not shaming, if you like having the trees in their original placements, then great. But you shouldn't be shaming people for wanting to have all their stuff in one area either. I for instance still like keeping my banana and coconut trees on the beach because that makes sense to me. However I love the idea of mini having a lemon and cherry tree orchard just outside her house.
