I just wanted to jump in the pool for a sec😅 the only thing I would change is the door in the walk in closet that access the laundry. I would eliminate it for more privacy. Ohhh wow I love how the jacuzzi hot tub is covered like that under the patio. It’s definitely narrow. Don’t let water get in the house though. I like the brick niche in the master.
I love that lake view. Something mom and dad can wake up to in the morning and as the kids have breakfast in the kitchen in the morning. Look at the master bath, it’s night and day compared to the other house from the other day. Because that last master bath in that video you posted was really small for a house of that size. This one is huge. That shower is huge, and there’s a lounge chair space beside it. Basically somebody can sit beside the person who is in the shower so that way they can talk while the other person is taking a shower.

Only thing I don’t understand is all model homes the pool is not screened in. Florida bugs are a pain in the butt to clean out with a pool without it screened in.
Then this will not be the house for my family. Looking to move to Orlando area. Both houses we have had screened cage over our pools. So the model homes you do show with pools that do not pool caged in , am I to assume its a HOA issue then. Thanks for clearing this up for me. Husband and I watch your videos. Love the Toll Brothers homes.

The only thing I don’t care for in this home is the love seat pushed up against the foot of the bed. I’d move the loveseat over by the big picture window in the master bedroom.
What a silly thing to say about the HOUSE... most buyers bring their own furnishings into a new build.. OH WAIT- THEY ALL BRING IN THEIR OWN Furniture....😳😂
Move those bushes back towards fence, widen the pool. Needs tub in master, no one needs these large glass showers, use half tiled walls with block glass on top, no door to shower.
