They are not allowed to enter 8km danger zone plus the fact that it is dangerous, if watched the news the other day there's a swede tourist who was detained by the police for being inside the danger zone.
of course mayon's recent eruption is not the most ideal .. i'm referring to her more "quiet" eruption (just a lava fountains or two) ^_^
