Welcome to another The Sims 4 speed build where we're going to be doing a Parisian bakery + coffee shop. I was super inspired by the gorgeous coffee shop called Cafe Kitsune based in Paris.
This Parisian building is built in the Britechester on the 20x20 lot. Even though it's a bakery it also has 2 empty apartments for you to decorate if you want to.

this is the perfect build to use with the Live in Business mod by LittleMsSam :D you can have sims live in the building and still be able to use it as a cafe (which they own)
