Seems like any artist who does oversized canvas can get an art show. This work is nothing significant. Lucian Freud mixed with early Picasso., and Pollack. Looks like she even copied a few of Dali’s and Albert Gilbert’s skull paintings.
I wish these big galleries would in invest in true genius and they could see what a true original could do. Critics validate themselves with mediocrity when in reality, the artists, critics, and curators are bathing in kitsch.
Give me $100,000, a studio in Manhattan, and a couple of shows and my art would change the world.
