Same here.. I've been paralyzed for 2 1/2 years now I can feel and I can get my legs , feet and toes to move sometimes with a lot of strain and focus but they will only do it a couple times then I have to wait awhile. I can't support my yet I have to hold myself up with a walker when I practice. I still have a long way to go doing it on my own coming up with ways to practice but I believe if I would of had professional help I would have done been walking at least with a walker or crutches. I hope you pull threw this and run again best wishes your way.
