My bio is pretty random: In short, I am a professional singer/songwriter from Toronto, Canada who moved to Manila, Philippines which sorta became my Hollywood because my first TH-cam channel MIKEYBUSTOSVIDEOS grew popular due to Filipino comedy videos. Meanwhile, I'm also a big biology geek who is obsessed with ants, so I built an internationally operating ant business supported by another popular channel called ANTSCANADA, and well basically, today I travel and tour around the world doing what I love so I wanted to start this vlogging channel, in hopes to encourage you guys to follow your dreams no matter how random, by showing you what happened when I followed mine! You just never know where life will take you when you listen to the yearnings of your heart!

Even though I was eating lunch while I was watching your vlog, seeing you eat that vegetable sandwich made me hungry all over again.
I love cream cheese and bagel. It was introduced to me by my cousin in LA in the late 90s.
Taiwan is still not open to tourists and all incoming passengers are required to quarantine for 14 days (7 days in quarantine hotel and 7 days at home - this is 1 option) and another 7 days for self health management. (Allowed to go out to groceries/convenience stores but can't dine and meet with a group of people.) Alert level 2 is extended until month end. We have 2 local cases today. Yesterday we had 40. The sources of the infection are traceable.

Visiting the Philippines was never on my bucket list, but your vlogs make it look like a friendly and welcoming place, where it is easy to eat out if you only speak English. When things get back to normal, I may consider it. I have a friend who was from there and moved back a few years ago, so I might contact her to find out where she lives exactly and if it is feasible to visit her and her family someday.

Check with your doctor, but when I have flair-ups, there are several lower back isometric exercises I do to help mine get back to feeling normal. Also, just a word of warning, a couple of the muscle relaxers I've been given made me extremely less filtered and well, there's a 5- letter word that Sahara would have been if she hadn't been fixed. It's not exactly an allergic reaction, but it is a side effect, so if you find frogs and toads pouring out of your mouth (figuratively) they might be why.
I agree 100%, it will be a case of treating it like flu, it will be a with us for years to come!
Each and everyone needs to try to keep it under control!

We're done with covid restrictions in the UK. i feel like i got used to the new normal now and going back just seems a bit awkward, i am happy about it tho

I've been "maingaining" too (bulking is not necessary and the cutting process can be really unhealthy and hard on the body) - don't worry, Mikey, when your back feels better you will get back to work outs but even "Skinny" to you you look huge and ripped to us -you are looking great!!

Eating an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese! Also some scrambled eggs with bacon bits and cheddar cheese with a side of French style yogurt! There arent many who make it French style, so when the store runs out i cant get my fix for weeks!! I can smell your food through the phone! 😆 Breakfast is my all time favorite meal of the day! I could eat it all day everyday!

Speaking of cream cheese, I love having cream cheese on my sandwiches too especially with ham! BTW, who says that you can't have any potato chips and ice cream in the morning right? You still can, and you indeed just did! BTW, if you are willing to try making your own ice cream, why not include an ice cream maker in your farmhouse?

Happy Monday, Mikey and RJ! WOW, that Breakfast looked really yummy! I love a good breakfast! LOL RJ, Peanut Butter, and Strawberry Jam, such a country (provincial) guy. For me, it's Peanut Butter with Honey on Homemade Bread (OMG, having flashbacks now of being a little kid at Grandma's). Mikey, it's possible to make Cheesecake healthy, lower carbs, lots of protein, etc.
I'm glad to hear your back is settling down; I'm sure it's driving you nutty to not go to the gym but, a little longer avoiding the gym then, a slow return will be worth it.
I mostly agree with your thoughts on the Pandemic and, I am also very tired of all the restrictions but, I'm still very cautious. I just lost another person (they were anti-vax) and, it does cause a lot of fear for me. I agree we need to find ways to return to "normal," but I also think we need to adjust that "normal" so that people will accept some changes made for safety. As a population here in the US, I remain surprised at how stubborn we are to accept changes designed to help us.
It's really great to spend some time with ya'll. I really loved the impromptu outing to Breakfast, which seemed very "old-normal." Ya'll stay healthy and safe, and I'll see ya next time.

I’m not a tomato guy. It doesn’t taste good. Mikey I think it is time for a 4 mabuhay stars to 1 mabuhay star, you think? Because all delicious food cannot be 4 mabuhay stars. The virus is still there. How can we get to the endemic stage if we do not follow? It is tiring to follow protocols, but we need to wait more for a few more months.
