Mix it with the proper amount of H2O, drink it down and hope that it will do it's thing. Not sure whether diet or the evening meal etc. has anything to do with it's effectiveness. Sometimes the heart rate goes up, skin gets clammy, even have had a few headaches with it. Packaging does not say anything about taking on an empty stomach or with food. Results will vary. If anyone out there has used it with consistent results...it would be cool to hear how you used it. It's not what the hype says it is.
