Judges should be on the highest level of morality. If a judge's corruption has, his punishment would be double.
Our law Minister Farak Nasim is a thprough gentleman. Look how gracefully he is discussing the issues with complete due respect, knowledge and control. No one, even judges, are above the law and judges be subjected to the same law as the commoner face.
It’s a shame that this honourable judge will be our Chief Justice next year.He’s got no morals should have resigned rather than hiding behind technicalities.This is only possible in our country.

ہونا تو یہ چاہیئے کہ ملک جو حکمران ھے اس کے پاس تمام پاورز ھونی چاھئے تاکہ وہ جو عوام کے ساتھ وعدے کر کے آئے ہیں وہ پورے کر سکیں مگر ہوتا کیا ھے کہ سربراہ مملکت جو کام کرتا ہے یہ ججز اس جو ممنوع کر دیتے ہیں اور سنگین مجرموں کو ضمانتیں دے کر ان کو ملک سے باہر بھیج دیتے ہیں اور ظاہر ھے اس کے بدلے ان کو بہت بڑی بڑی آفرز ملتی ہیں جیسے قاضی فائز عیسیٰ۔ پتہ نہیں یہ ججز اس حرام کی کمائی کو اپنے بچوں کو کیسے کھلاتے ہیں اور ان کے رہنے کے لیئے بہترین رہائشیں کے کر دیتے ہیں اور پھر خود ہی قانون پاس کراتے ہیں کہ ان کے بیوی بچوں کے کسی قول وعمل کی پوچھ گچھ یا تفتیش نہیں ھوگی۔
غریب آدمی تو سوچ رہا ھے کہ اللہ میاں یہ قیامت کب آئے گی کیونکہ انصاف صرف تیرےھاں ملے گا اس پاکستان میں تو ناممکن ھے کیونکہ اگر عمران خان کو اگر کچھ نہیں ملا تو ہماری اوقات کیا ھے۔یا اللہ ہماری ان رشوت خور ججز سے جان چھڑا اور پاکستان کی حفاظت فرما۔ آمین

We hope that the two people on the screen and those watching or listening will keep following this case and ensure that this case is pursued till full justice prevails! The judge in question should clear his name before taking on the mantle of law and justice! It is binding on the judiciary and the concerned citizens to only allow a thoroughly pristine person to be put on the sacred edifice !
As a Pakistani it is my earnest call to the new CJ, to please expend all his will , time and energy towards upholding the law and justice to a tee, in an absolutely fair and just manner! This God sent opportunity will never Come again for the CJ , so no stone should be left unturned to achieve this elusive dream of Pakistanis!
I fully agree with the above wonderful and realistic comment which is self explanatory regarding the necessity of clearance of Qazi Faez Essa position in order to let him continue working in the higher judiciary.
Justice Qazi Faiz Eesa should step down. He does not deserve to be chief justice of supreme court.
The golden principles Justice Umer Ata Bandiyal has included in his note will remain a fact and truth no matter if other justices close their eyes to protect their fellow justice. The landmark detailed judgement from four justices is asking the entire nation to save the system of justice in Pakistan. On the one side there are six justices backed by Bar Associations to protect a known violator of law (Justice Qazi Faez Isa) from punishment, on the other side there is an open order from Allah, stated in Sura-e-Nisa. I urge justice Justice Qazi Faez Isa and his supporter justices and Bar Associations to submit to the order of Allah.
