If they are sharing the BuyBox yes! If not, then no. there isnt any specific formula because sometimes Amazons shares BB, sometimes they dont. its listing by listing!

Most RA products can't be bought wholesale.

I just buy from retailers like Kohl's website, no LLC or reseller permit needed but it doesn't hurt
