I think it would be a lot easier for your stream/big personal opening to have a physical list to cross off for cards as you go. Like id love to see you fill out the binder at times but that would prob be the easiest- get a notebook or a printout with each card art and X as you go

Ulti Ghost Poggers , Ultimate Ghost Rare sounds like something Konami has under their sleeves imagine if it happened in a future set.
i like the Japanese ultimate rare the most. It's kind of flashy but not over the top (ulti ghost poggers sounds dope)
I have opened about 30 cases of 24pk. I pulled (2) Ash Blossom QCR. Sent one to PSA and popped a PSA 10. My other one is raw sitting in a top loader.

Appreciate the pack opening but damn, it's so frustrating to hear you ask Konami to lean into the secondary market. Yugioh is already one of the most expensive TCGs in the world. The whole mentality of, "I wish they didn't print this card as much, so that I can extract more value from my box" is so toxic to the community and gatekeeps lower income people from even playing the game at a reasonably competitive level.
You heard what you wanted to hear. I have never advocated for the game to be expensive, but there is a market that has to be considered for these things.

My favorite of the rarities in this set is the 25th Prismatic Secret Rare, with Ultimate being a super close 2nd place. Always like the shiniest of cardboard

I just opened up a box, 3 25th anniversary rares in it, no idea if that's normal, but I'm not complaining. I really like this set but i can see the price of the 25th's dropping off they keep making them more common.

I somehow pulled over 150€ worth of cards(worth selling) from one box. Got if for 110€ aswell. I also only pulled 2 quarter century rares instead of 3+
Just opened a box for myself and got a Baronne with my favorite rarity for Synchros (platinum) and a QCR of my favorite card from childhood (Change of Heart) - not *super* valuable hits, but it was like the hits were custom-made for my tastes!
Also ULTI GHOST POGGERS!
Never got a chance to open the 2015 Mega Tin, but love this set so far because they brought back the rarity I missed, that being Platinum Secret Rare. Genuinely love it and hopefully I can get something nice from this set

My favourite rarity is either the quarter century secret rare or collectors rare, the collectors rare has a really cool pattern on it, but the quarter century pops out a lot more.

Ulti ghost is a good one . I wish I could get even a common cards in my country or even cheapest structure decks . We don't have in my country it's my wish to have Yu-Gi-Oh cards and decks . I just wish if a country do a bad thing , other countries don't punish the ppl of that country
It's a tossup between ultimate and collectors. Probably ultis because we haven't had them in a long time (in a set at least)

I was in I think first grade when I got Yu-Gi-Oh cards for the first time, it was before the game came to the US and the cards were Japanese tho I played until highschool and then gave up my collection for a PSP. It's now 2023 and I just got back into the game starting over from square one. Y'all's videos explained so much because I've been away from the game for over a decade however I'm proud to say ya boys still got it because out of 40 duels I've only lost once so far. (Knock on wood) lol
I bought one box from my local card store and pulled the Ash QCR, Pot of Prosperity QCR, and a Borreload Savage Dragon QCR :)
I love the 25th Century Rare! I'm sad they'll probably stop it after this year though ;(
The ultimate rares are nice when you want to see the art. Secret rares are nice, but sometimes I can’t even see the art, lol.
Collector's rare is probably my favorite looking, but I'll reserve judgement for when I get my hands on one... (if I win, that'd be helpful😂)

I purchased 4 boxes and pulled 1 QCR Ash blossom, the value on that card is ridiculous it literally paid for 2 of my boxes
My favorite rarity will always be gold rare. I know a lot of people dont like it, but I'm a fan. Especially the Eldorado max series.
Also, I really hope I win this! I cant afford to buy a pack of this set, so getting gifted one would be incredible! Please Lady Luck! Shine on me! 😊
I do think that ghost rares are missing some extra “bling” on the card. Doing a slightly raised (like ultimate rare) ghost rare with a shatterfoil border would look really good. And make it only for OG/Fan favorite card #UltiGhoST~pOGgeRS
Regarding the length: I like long consistent videos like this to fall asleep to, like TheDuelLogs 12 hours of Yugioh facts to fall asleep to! (Oh I like Platinum Secret and Collectors rare the most!)
These are a lot like Magic Collectors Boosters with a million variants and rainbow puke all over, making everything else worthless... Except these aren't $30 per pack.
King of Games rarity would be sick. Have the millennium puzzle behind the card text like the 25th anniversary but looks like a fancy ghost rare

Gimme all of the platinum secrets. I know they're not as flashy as the QCR/New Ulti/Collector's but god damn do they look good. Not a single card I've seen as platinum has had a miss.
I remember the pot of prosperity as a secret rare from blazing vortex it has a value of 120$ and with just 2 reprints including the rarity collection one

All the cards are insane, every rarity looks cool, definitely love the collector rare ones.
So it is really hard for me to choose which one is my fav, if i have to- barrone de fleur QCR would be my pick. good staple, cooll shiny card. Also ulti-ghost barrone would pog, like get me that XD

If I'm correct, the OCG's Ghosts look similar to what Ruxin is talking about when he brings up Ulti Ghost, poggers!
Got a couple 3 packs for myself, I wanna build my favorite deck from masterduel, lot of the support cards are in this set. its a great list of cards.
I opened 2 boxes. first box had only 5 ulti, no collectors. second box had 4 ultis, 5 collectors. both had 3 QCR and then 5 total plat rare, so pretty normal there.
don't think the distribution of prismatic ulti/collector rare per box is very even in this set, at least from my experience.
EDIT: also, collectors rare is definitely my favorite of this set. was sad I did not get any in the first box, but the second one did drop a collectors Ash, so overall pretty happy
The new ultimate rares are not at all like maximum gold rares, but I REALLY do not like this new version. At all

Having a one-off chase would be pretty ulti ghost poggers not gonna lie. You should also have a look at the new jp ghost version actually. It has some color in it.
The boxes have ratios in waves. Opened two boxes and both had only 2 QCRs and 8 CRs. Was a little disappointed. Only hit ults from retail packs

I think I pulled an Eldich misprint. Theres a black dot on the line over the defense stat... Didn't see it on any of the eldich cards you pulled... could that add some value to the card? its not an obvious messup, but its the only one I have seen with the tiny extra black dot.

Collectors Rare is gonna be my favorite. Iv always loved Ultimate Rares, but these ultis aren't really my cup of tea in this set. The QCRs in here are just way too similar to Starlights and kind of lowers the value of Starlights

I got my package of rise of the duelist thanks ruxin haven’t opened it yet probably will today and I’d have to say my favorite rarity out of this amazing set would have to be the platinum secret or the prismatic ultimate rares they really have the best look I’ve had some really awesome pulls got 3 QCSR’s out of one box!

For tcg , my favorite would be qcr , i was happy to pull a winged dragon of ra , eldlich and called by the grave

Damn if they had an *ulti ghost that would be POGGERS* because ghost rares are the original 'holo' rare. I wish we got ghost rare more often. Every set should have an extremely rare ghost.
I got 5 booster packs for my 8 year old son who just started liking yugioh, I used to play and was majorly into collecting. Anyway he opens his first pack and gets ash blossom prismatic! He’s not safe with his cards after telling him some are worth a lot! Bent her corner abit but now in a top loader haha

I just open my first booster box, and I just got a secret rare ash blossom, on the 2nd pack got the 25th rare ash and on the 7th pack I got the collectors rare. On 1 booster box!!!

Ulti ghost PoGgERs, awesome video. It feels like a nice set to be getting back into the game with. I definitely understand the gripe about the price fluctuation that inevitably happens with sets like these. I think we have to take the good with the bad and i loved the idea of having less sets but i dont see this happening because Konami is making far too much money releasing sets left and right. These mass reprints make invrsting trickier but if you just buy what you like then it shouldnt matter either way!
Even if they did an annual RC set and removed all of the reprint sets, most of the side sets are 1/2 reprint and 1/2 new cards, so chances are they'd just combine the BoL and Deck Build packs into one series of side sets with new cards

ill be real, i just like the regular secret rares, im not a person who cares for "super rare awesome chocolatey fudge-coated mega super cards", like sure cool, you cards got a even more crazy foil, but it doesn't match your other cards.
i dont mind old ultimates, the new ones in this set look sort of ugly. apart of them ill only use them if they are the cheaper copies or the lessees of two evils (like i have a anime exoida deck with 3 sets of exodia, all of them are ygld ultras apart from one leg witch is a lcyw secret and a head, which is a 25th because id rather have that than a ugly maximum gold rare).
I think every 2 years is good if they continue this kind of rarity scheme with this many releases per year. That’s enough time for people to play their meta decks and sell their leftovers once the new meta takes over. If they at all decreased the number of releases to be more like the OCG, then 3-5 years would be ideal.
Got a box Friday, second pack pulled 25th Ash. Definitely going to get it graded.
