Doing some amazing rides in the lakes recently 👍it must have been frustrating and eye opening riding with only the front brake.I probably would’ve had a bigun 😂.great vid epic scenery
Go big or go home in better weather especially when we have had such a wet wet winter and spring so far. Tough old rides, but no pain no gain and the views and tech are more than worth it 🤘
Thanks for the accolade, the water on the tyres added somewhat to the adrenaline. Press the front brake and the bike goes faster, not bad for the Strava times though 🤣
Cheers pal, was a tough ask but the only other option was to push down and that was deffo a last resort. If I had a couple of crashes, might have led to a sense check 🤟
Cheers Paul, my mate rode most of it, obviously pushed over the cliff faces but had a good go, he said it was very loose with the torque just had to keep a bit more weight over the back wheel to stop spinning

If it looks steep on GoPro it must be very very steep 😳 You are definitely the craziest MTB rider on TH-cam 😎

The more technical the riding gets,= it's back brake for control and front brake to stop. Well done for riding with just a front brake.

Good stuff Martin, that climb (literally) from Wasdale to Sty Head almost broke me with the e bike 👍🏻

Yeah, was that a Levo or Levo SL? Shame about the brake lever.
Amazed you rode any of that with only 1 brake, I would struggle with 2 & an anchor
