it seems that Telneting form to R1 to R5 will not be passing thru Switch3 (where the VACL was applied). So, no VACL applied at Switch1 it can be Telnetable.
Referring to VACL, the traffic from R3 to R5 seems to match in the acl. then why didnt the corresponding dropping action is not taken by the switch? Is it because R5 exist in another VLAN?
This will not work in GNS3 as VACLS are a layer 2 construct and the Layer 2 is very difficult to emulate in GNS3. It has a much easier time with Layer 3.

Why NOt work in gns3 ?? _I use SW IOU , Sw IOSV
gns3 is free, but u cant get a legal ios image for free. maybe thats the reason.
