I really love 1e, it is by far the best. It is unfortunate that I only get to play if I run the campaign. My group otherwise plays 5e, and it's still fun, but not as much variety in making unique characters. I want more than just my backstory difference in a character.
This is interesting, but I wouldn't say that it is better then how they are originally portrayed in the lore of Pathfinder. In some ways, we already have the Non-Physical neverborns monsters in the shape of the Cthulu Mythos monstrosities, which the Chaos Gods are in part inspired by anyways. I say in parts because 40K takes inspirations from so many places that it does feel genuinely properly unique in a "he whole is more than the sum of its part" kind of way. Regardless, it's interesting to see your thoughts on the matter.
All your ideas are fine, but I can't really see them as *more* compelling than the starndar way Demons are portrayed. Just different. I mean, of course, if you just portray Demons as angry-red-skinned-horned-gorillas, then yeah... Demons might get kinda boring, but vanilla demons already have enough complexity that you can use them for a variety of scenarios.
So happy to see this content. 1E is the best version from DnD and pathfinder.
Savage Pathfinder is a serious contender for that title.

I know what you mean. There are a lot of great things about 5e, but it just doesn't have the depth that P1e does.
Love the 1E content. Wish Pathfinder was still using it cause 2E is just not my cup of tea.
2e pathfinder is too nerf happy. 1e pathfinder just needs some martial class buffs, and it is a great system.
@@williethenerfherder2193 martials are horrifying already its just that they are heavily reliant on optimization and game knowledge
I like 1e and 2e for different reasons but do prefer 1e
Yup, i massively prefer 1e, I'm sticking to 1e for the near future as my group has enough content to last years.
Not an expert in PF (coming from 5e) but my initial sense check is pf2 is more akin to 4e which isn’t my cup of coffee.
Thank you for making more Pathfinder content!
I love your expression of who & what a Succubus is. Take everything & Nothing in return is the idea
wooo. More 3rd edition and 1e content please.
My little group is just getting into Lost Lands 3pp material (Slumbering Tsar, Rappan Athuk).
Heyo, 1E content is so hard to find now. Thank you. Any advice for a DM looking for a really good dungeon crawl 3PP adventure path?
Demons, in terms of mythological archetype is elemental evil. Good content/house rules.

Just FYI Destruction only deals 10d6 damage if the unlucky person its being cast on passes their save... Its 140 damage on a fail.
Thank you for pointing that out. It's quite an unpleasant experience to not save.
I dont think that demons being able to redeem themselves ruins them. Its only happened like, twice afaik in pathfinder canon
Well it's pretty clear who your favorite chaos got is.
Yeah, got to love old Malal ;)

Seconds early. LET'S GOOOO
What about Orcus?
There are a lot of really cool demon lords in the Book of the Damned. I find Areshkagal, Yhidothrus, and Xoureon three of my favorites.
@@d6damage93, thanks! 🙃
Baboos ?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!? Something aint right !!
First?
I'll call the press.
Have no plans to move to P2E. Love the P1E content. Love the demon content…. They are a staple encounter.
