Calvin Harris had to be the mentor of Avicii.. Avicii was also very anxious but still went to go on stage and that killed him. Calvin just says no to all the gigs and just choose for making music as the only option for the majority of his career.
Sometimes it's not as easy as saying no to gigs. You have management, tour managers, promoters and contract deals you can't just terminate. Just the sheer pressure of the industry Avicii was in really took its toll :(
@@JP-bh7wb i thinks its really easy if you have the power and guts to say "no" he couldve say to his fans that he finish the gigs that he planned and that he would stop after the last gig. He had money enough.. he could easliy say no to his management even when he had signing a contract, he could afford the risk when the management pressing charges for breaking the contract and he was rich af. Money doesnt mean anything to Avicii at all. So it was easy but not for a introvert person like Avicii.. he was too nice and that made him killed. Calvin is different and just say no when he dont want to do a gig. Avicii had to do what Calvin Harris is doing his whole career.. just making music. Avicii's songs would be in the billboard top 100 anyway just like Harris even when he was not performing as a DJ. They are both hitmachines.
