Caste is not of India. Varna is from India and it's pure called communities. You can not remove communities (Varnas) from this earth or mankind because it's natural philosophy... E.g - Doctor, scientist, engineer or any groups or groups of communities. All are Varnas on basis of their occupation. For intercaste marriage, you can not force any community or individuals to marry certain individuals or communities as it will breach their individual or community rights or freedom of expression as per constitution of Baba Ambedkar
With very simply it can be said Dharma is Property of a Material..whatever, wherever it is placed, it takes shapes of that container. Religion is a certain method, procedure which is followed by certain section of mass without questioning it's existence.
