@Sara D. they already treated UC patiens in a study, I believe at UCSF, where a 40% efficacy has been shown, however only if pre-treated with antibiotics. So first gotta kill most of own gut microbiome, then seed a new one by FMT. No efficacy was shown in Crone's however.
I’ve had UC since 2011. Tried all the biologics. Hope this works.

Google the French company Abivax. They have ABX464 small molecule coming up.
