They actually released a non localized version of it in North America digitally on 360, so basically the game is the original Japanese version in a North American release so everything is still in Japanese voice and all.

I know the console is doing a lot but the slow down on this would piss me off. I have seen 8 bit consoles (PC Engine) handle more than this and not suffer from slow down. Bad programming if you ask me!
+Clayton Emms Slow down in shmups is something that you WANT to happen, and is possibly intended by devs. That second of time where you can get your bearings is necessary for many players to make it to the end, let alone 1cc, no bomb.
