I paid a visit to Mulkharka, Kalimpong, WB in the last week of May 2024. This tiny hamlet took 4 hrs to reach from Siliguri via Tista Bazar and Rongpo, Sikkim. Bordering Sikkim, this place is home to many homestays and home to many birds and mammals. Neora Valley National Park is connected with the place with hills and forests. I recorded as many as 30 species in the arena and stayed there 2 nights and 3 days. Loadshedding problem is over there and keep your power bank to keep alive your camera...
