Это в снг такое понятие, перкрас и ремонтированное авто не брать, так как мастера в массе своей работают плохо, а порой вообще не знают как правильно ремонтировать. Здесь же, в Европе, почти все разбитые авто под контролем у экспертизы. Так что, или на экспорт или ремонт под наблюдением эксперта. А ремонтировать, имеет право, только квалифицированный кузовщик с официальным статусом, который в Европе, в отличии от совка, не купишь нигде.

И половины варят в гаражах так,что люди потом ездят знать не знают об этом. Все зависит от цены и когда тебе пытаются впарить оторванный лонжерон по цене не оторваного,то даже в Европе прямым текстом пошлют
если страховая сочла ремонт неоправданным, при условии выполнения его по технологии, какие могут быть гарантии на такой ремонт? страховщики умеют считать бабки.

@@anubaral Why? He replaced the bent parts. It is reassembled the same way the factory did, only with far stronger welds. You know nothing about repairs. You are correct on that it would indeed be scrapped as almost no one would do that much work in the US to fix it..
Barnacle Bill replacing that structural part is not enough. The frame is one long piece from the front to the back, cutting it in the front is not enough, it has to be replaced from the back of the car. This ain't body on a chasis, it's a damn monocoque
@@anubaral No, its not one long piece. It in made up of multiple seperate pieces welded together. Why do you think the factory sells seperate rail pieces? A good weld is stronger than the parent metal. And yes, its just steel. Not black magic.
@@BarnacleBillOrigin The factory welds them in a certain staggered sequence, and they publish the locations where they can be cut and rewelded safely. If you just cut and butt-weld new parts, or cut in the wrong areas, the integrity can be compromised in the next crash. There are many steel alloy inserts in the frames and pillars that must be fully replaced and cannot be cut or bent back.

Nice work. Here in the US are hands are tied. Some of us techs that can do such repairs in a quality manner are no longer allowed. To much liability for techs and the shop. I miss fixing big train wrecks.

Bektor599 в италии ,испании и многих других странах ес большая часть авто имела аварии и порой немалие ,просто все делается официально и под стандарт

Authur can fix cars that would be parted out and scrapped in America. He is by far the best body man I have seen. I wish he had a shop in my city!
O course in america it would have been scrapped. Next full frontal crash the car would crumble like a tuna can.
