Well the kv 2 itself it’s not a tank destroyer it’s a bunker buster that’s why it has short barrel means low velocity bullet. Low velocity bullet mean low penetration armor. In the other hand dicker max is a tank destroyer just like any other tank destroyer it has a long barrel ,long barrel means more velocity/speed. U don’t always need bigger caliber to penatratre ,for the example is sherman in early war the M3 75mm is quite a short barrel while the german tanks getting stronger and stronger the shermans needs an upgrade well they just fit a new gun 76mm with longer barrel same with the british fitting their 17 pounder gun into the sherman
nahhh if you think about it it is technically in tier 3 as in pc the panzers are tier 3 but in wtm it is teir 1 because there are no early tanks like bt5 or panzer 2
