5-Lakes Hike at Pizol: The Perfect Panorama Adventure! | SWISS Explorer

The 5-Lakes Hike at Pizol is one of Switzerland's most stunning panoramic mountain hikes. Our journey begins at Bad Ragaz train station, followed by a bus ride to the Pizolbahn valley station. From there, a gondola takes us up to Pardiel, and a chairlift continues the ascent to Laufböden, the starting point of the hike.
The trail leads us to the first lake, the idyllic Wangsersee. Next, we reach the second lake, the striking turquoise Wildsee, followed by the serene Schottensee. The journey continues to the mystical Schwarzsee and finally to the fifth and last lake, the greenish and romantic Baschalvasee.
After this unforgettable experience, we descend to Gaffia, where a chairlift takes us to the Furt station. From Furt, we ride the gondola back down to Wangs Dorf and return by bus to Sargans train station.
