Today, I'm sharing 6 Unbelievable Easter Desserts You NEED In Your LIFE!
These are all Easy to Make and they'll be perfect for Easter! I love you all and hope you have a very Blessed and Happy Easter!🥰

📌Easter Cookie Cake:
-2 Cups plus 2 Tbsp. All-Purpose Flour
-1/2 tsp salt
-1/2 tsp Baking Soda
-1 1/2 Sticks Butter, melted and slightly cooled
-1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
-1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
-1 Egg
-1 Egg Yolk
-2 tsp Vanilla
-1 1/2 Cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
*******Press into 11" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min
📌Grape Salad:
**NOTE** i use 12oz Cream Cheese & also mix chopped pecans in the grape salad, as well as in the topping.
📌Carrot Poke Cake:
***NOTE**** to the cake mix, I made per directions on the box, but also added an 8oz can if drained pineapple, 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut.and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

📌Easter Trifle:
1 box srawberry cake mix (& ingredients on box)
1 package Golden Oreos (crushed)
1 large Vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cup milk
8 oz cool whip
Peeps, edible grass, and mini eggs for decorating🐇
*****Directions:
1. Bake cake according to directions. Once it’s cooled, slice into 3 sections. Make 1” cubes in each section.
2. Mix together pudding mix and milk into a bowl. Fold in cool whip.
3. Assemble the trifle: Layer 1/3 cake, 1/3 pudding, 1/3 crushed Oreos. Repeat 2 times for 9 total layers! (Ending on crushed Oreos for the “dirt!”)
4. Insert Peeps with a toothpick so they will stand straight up! Add mini eggs and edible grass.

Yummy! Which one do I want to make. The Watergate salad is one of my families favorites. Sometimes I switch it up and use different pie fillings or jello’s. Either one I make is a hit with family. Valerie, in the carrot poke cake, I would cut back on the water by 1/4 cup and add the pineapple juice and all. Just an idea. 😊

Carrot poke cake: i usually use the pineapple juice and water to equal the amount.
Dirt cake: I think you were right to fold in Cool Whip at the end, otherwise it may have been too soupy. Love your videos. You sure have that Southern charm. AND great recipes.

OMGosh, Valerie, I loved the bloopers and meeting your Mama. As always, they all looked good, but I was really wanting a bite of that grape salad. I have the same hand mixer from Kitchen Aid except mine is mint green. I love mine. It's so lightweight and quiet. Everybody should have one of these. Happy Easter to you and your entire family.

Such darling pictures! And Meema too! Well, I guess it's who is in the pictures that make them darling! 😊. And another set of great recipes! Makes me wish that I wasn't so much of a broken down old fat man! And those peep bunnies were so cute! If you have young children (but not too young or they might get scared!), especially boys, you can put a peep on a paper plate in the microwave for about 5-10 seconds and they'll of up a monster! So funny! The chicks are funny and I'd guess that the bunnies would be too!😂😂

That is the exact recipe that I use for my grape salad and I mix the chopped pecans in as well as sprinkle on the top. I like to use a mix of green grapes, red grapes and black grapes. That is a lot of grapes to pluck and wash. Some recipes list Cool Whip as an ingredient. DON’T DO IT! I am expected to make it for every meal event at church. I have to make a lot of it and take a separate container for the pastor and his wife to take home and the leftovers get scooped up quickly by folks to take home. For that reason, I make sure I reserve a bit for us and leave it at home. This salad is wonderful.

Wishing you and your family a Happy Easter. I made your Strawberry short cake trifle. Baked the cake on Friday, make the syrup with Strawberry and the pudding mixture today and assembled. So on Easter all I have to do is add more cool whip to the top and some decorative Strawberry. I did sample each component and they are delicious. Can't wait to try it all tomorrow. Thank you for sharing all these wonderful recipes. Don't worry about making and showing your mistakes, I think its cute, and you just roll with it. I made a mistake with the syrup. I added the jello too soon, but it all worked out. I was cooking and talking to my 84 yrs young Aunt in Southern Georgia. 😊
