No sealant on the bolts between transom and bracket (or was that cut from the video?)? Do you have some images from the inside? Did it need bolstering up the transom to handle the extra counterweight from being set back or just more bolts and the width sorted that out ? Thanks for the video!!

Nice, it would have been nice to seal that wood with resin, condensation from the PVC will get to it.
