INGREDIENTS:
* Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 1 Cup
* Urad Dal(उरद दाल) - 1 Cup
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 2 Tsp
* Dried Red Chilli(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 25-30 Pieces
* Dried Coriander Seeds(सुखा साबुत धनिया) - 4 Tbsp
* Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 4 Tbsp
* Asafoetida Powder(हींग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
* Balck Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउड) - 1 Tsp
* Black Salt(काला नमक) - 2 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) - As required
* Dried Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 2 Tbsp
* Wheat(गेहूं) - 2.5-3 Kg
* Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 1-1.5 Kg
* Millet(बाजरा) - 1-1.5 Kg
RECIPE:
For Bedai, take half quantity of premix, 2 bowls Wheat Flour, 1 Bowl Semolina, 2 Tbsp Oil, Salt to taste. Bind the dough with water and make the Bedai.
For Paratha, in a bowl, take some Premix, some Water and bind the dough and make all types of parathas at home.
For Kachodi, In a pan, put 1 Tsp Oil, put Premix, and roast it for a while. Add some Salt, Water, bind the dough and make Kachori.
For Mangoda/Pakoda, in a bowl, put some Premix, add some Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Baking Soda, some Water and make a batter of it and keep for rest. Then add some chopped Green Veggies, mix it well, and make the mangode/Pakoda at home.

Don't buy, it create lot of dust ,it is only suitable for open places
@@Skysakshi It is suitable for small kitchen and houses as well. Its slightly taller than mixer. As for the dust, we give a cloth that catches all the Atta as well.
How about fter sales service and cleaning the machine?
Before grinding we should wash and dry wheat, millets, rice and such things?
