Dude, even your back is Vascular. I admire your work and I am trying to keep myself on a progressive fitness journey. I'm 32, 5'11" and about 175lbs today benched 280lbs today as a PR. But what Ive been getting from your videos lately is that while the big lifting is fun, its not very practical longterm (my lower back is tender from arching on the bench to get the leg drive). I'm going to try your kettlebell and barbell shovel exercises soon. Thanks, much love from California.
First i was doing many of your workouts. It got boring because my own training was not really involved. Now im doing my own workouts but man, alot of inspiration especcialy the good form really helped me archieving my dream physique. I know what it takes to get to great definition. I have NO SECRETS, aside from not eating until I am full. Most of how I look is genetics, because I have never used TRT or PEDs. I will post more in my dirt diet soon. Aloha 🤜🤛
I’ve done these workouts in the past for my inner back but it looks like when you protract your shoulders it changes the stress position from your back to your chest region. I’ll try this on my next chest day. Once again thank you for you for your example of fortitude and resilience. Aloha brother. 😎

I “practice” one skill or exercise every day for 20-30 minutes. Sometimes I take a day off, but it’s rare.

I do this same exercise with the band but bent at the waist like in a rear delt dumbbell flye position
