    Just finished this workout! So challenging but so good! I love these 50 minutes workouts because they are longer enough for a good sweat but not one hour haha

    Fantastic all around workout. Focus on TRX trainer is upper body and core, but you get a complete body workout as the cardio segments really work the legs. Larie presents outstanding workouts in a professional and well thought out way. Definitely in my top 3 workout online workouts, no question. She is systematic, encouraging and enthusiastic. You can’t help but want to push yourself and get everything out of this that you can.

    Such an amazing TRX class! its so rare to find targeted muscle group TRX workouts that are actually challenging and almost an hour long! Please do more of these :( !!

    Hi Larie. WOW. This was one tough TRX workout. Excellent high quality with brilliant instruction and very challenging. You, are one fit and strong individual. How anyone can keep up with you I don't know. Massive thank you for creating this video and posting. I reckon you should be included in the TRX App too!

    I am new to your channel and to TRX. My sister teaches a TRX class at her local rec center and got me hooked on it recently. But because she lives far away I sadly cannot attend and there isn’t any classes near me. These videos have been AMAZING and exactly what I’m looking for. I so appreciate that I’m able to do these even as a beginner. You explain things so well! I’m finally seeing more toning and I’m so excited 😆 I’d love to see more videos like this one! You’re awesome 👏🏼

      Curious how you watch while working out...I try to balance my phone on the grass or bring out my tablet, but it's tricky and not ideal. Any sun glare makes it hard to see.

    Larie, I noticed the NPC reference, do you have a full integrated program that includes everything you show on your channel that you follow or are your NPC results weights and simple cardio?

      Strength training using a progressive overload system, nutrition, and low/moderate intensity cardio. I typically always follow a 5 day split (what I train, reps, and weight will vary from program to program.)
