  • It’s common for young workers to enter the workforce without knowing their protections under federal law, or what recourse they have if their rights are violated.
    You have a right to work in an environment free of sexual harassment or harassment based on your race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, gender identity, and sexual orientation), national origin, disability, age (age 40 or older) or genetic information.
