Awesome! The first thing I thought of was having 'different' business cards and ended up making them vertical/portrait in orientation. =) I have had them for over a year an no real criticism!

Nice, might I suggest that when you have measurements, also show imperial measures as well. I am from the US, and when I design, 9 times out of 10, I do not have the time to look on Google to convert from metric to imperial. I am assuming that you are referring to 2” x 3” but I am not sure. See what I mean. I am sure that if I created a tut using imperial measurements you would want me to also show metric. This is just a suggestion.

Should we be sending the final versions that have columns and rows of the cards to save cost of paper or should we just send the pdf with one final version? I’ve heard different things from different sources. What’s your take?

Nice design on those cards. But if you handed those out to people, they wouldn't know the name of your company/business (except for a teeny, tiny web address and email...which really isn't or might not be the actual full business name).
The logo is nice and all but unless it's the Nike swoosh, no one will know the name of your business.

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD>.. YOU FORGOT TO DESIGN WITHIN .25in margins.. this is a very ... very ... very bad idea.. if business cards are not cut with precision industrial machines. You are screwed. I can not tell you the countless bad designs I see in the print industry with graphic designers who make this simple mistake when business card designs.
