Not a hater but its just such a pity that they really DONT do LIVE PERFORMANCE most of the times. I mean their senior taeyeon from the SAME label mate also attend this event and sing ALL OF THE SONGS LIVE 😢 (taeyeon also not in her best condition but we can see that she gave her best and very appreciated)
they were singing ...and also if you believe they don´t sing it´s coz you believe to the haters that say the opposite. aespa sing A LOT OF TIMES ...but people still can´t admit they´re stable coz their favs are weak

I know which stage they did live and which not for example - coachella - good morning america - circle o chart - recent SM Town Concert (in Korea but only few songs) - few performance on their showcase or fanmeeting - very few performance on their recent concert. It sounds totally different between LIVE and NOT LIVE. Even if they did use back track then their sound should be heard doubled (2 layers of voices) but ITS NOT. For example taeyeon performance on this show, she did LIVE and SO GOOD but even how good it is there’s certain different between LIVE audio and recorded audio (more like how it sounds). Btw so my point is you’re the one that need to be more objective 😀
Hi- as long as MYs enjoy the show, that’s all that matters. 😊 As an SM Stan, we know that ALL SM artists are great in vocals. So I don’t get the fuss abt them not performing live. They’ve proven themselves multiple times already that they can perform live. Also, Taeyeon barely moved last night. That given, she can belt those high notes for sure.
I believe they're just choosing what kind of performance they'll give their full blast. Like for this concert, based on what we have observed as well, they did not sing all their songs full live but with loud backtracks so it was really hard to distinguish if they are really singing or not. After all, they did not fail to give their energy and made us feel their presence :)

SM entertainment just wasting the potential of aespa. They can do so much better but sm is holding them back.
