Tierra's Workforce Development program focuses on career exploration and skill development with the goal of meaningful paid employment or professional volunteerism placement. Based on the individual’s identified career path, Tierra develops integrated employment opportunities for each viable candidate. We currently have 30 amazing business partners who have hired our clients and we are actively working to uncover more partners that would be interested in collaborating with us. In addition to providing career opportunities to the men and women we serve, our partners find hiring Tierra clients is great for enhancing their company's diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
