I think mavis should be a lot higher, as her main weakness was not giving gems which led for you to fall behind in the gem lead with strats with her. She know is a better farmer than greg as she gives a lot more coins and similar amounts of gems. This can allow you to just go outside while getting a biq squad and still having enough gems to be in the leaderboard without risking deadly fights in the middle. I think mavis will be an A or S tier character. On an unrelated note I have been seeing alot of people with 2 epics at high levels which may be a consequence of rising arenas to0 quickly. Personally myself I have 2 epics at level 76 and 83 on squad journey with hundreds of chests opened. Could you maybe ask supercell to change the system so players who rise ranks too quickly don’t bet punished heavily without getting any epics without being ofrced to buy characters.
El Primo’s Ultra form isn’t better than many others since his health recovery is only for himself and only works when he uses Super. While a character such as Heavy can heal himself without needing Super :)
