These type videos are SO INSPIRING to us small-scale toymakers! Really neat to see something that sorta feels vintage (like "Food Fighters"), but is NEW on the shelves! Very well-done coverage of the figures, my friend!
I love weighty toys that feel good in hand. Vintage limited articulation just feels right. The new ultra articulation figs with all of their snaps, breaks, top heavy tipping on shelves, and brittle plastic makes handling a panic. Glad to see this dude making solid solid stuff.
When i was a kid I designed a character named gum-shoe that was a detective made out of radiated bubble gum that made him anamorphic and he wore a hat like the noir detectives
You’ve said before about how disposable things like cereal or sweet boxes/packaging are , literally being intended to be thrown away… & obviously the same is said for a toys box or packaging, which is why it’s so awesome to see those things 20 years on & IN TACT. I have a Kaws x Reece’s cereal box & I feel this way about that. I couldn’t open it… never.😂 I just love seeing it sat there in mint condition. Its an awesome feeling finding something you like which also has incredible art work as well , & It’s also a super giddy feeling too , trying to resist cracking the toys or items open..😂
I totally forgot about these till this popped up in my recommendations. I was a big Food Fighters fan at one point and the vibe these guts give is so damn similar you just know they were inspired by looking at them.
I completely forgot about those! Commander crisps is sold out at in demand but the other 3 are still available. They do look amazing, I might have to pick one up and other down the line if I can
I remember your interview with the creator a while ago, so inspiring! Great to see these have made it into shops and the designs and features are so creative! I hope there will be future waves
Man I love these, I also love the 90s style vibe they give. I also thinking the marketing and epic storyline advert for these on the 9to5 youtube channel is extremely epic.. was like an oldschool vintage tv advert back in the day. I shall be supporting this line and the creator. I would love to get a couple MOC and get them cased up for display.
Absolute awesome set of toys, got mine from in demand, and they are exceptional. The guy deserves these to be a success, and for the line to expand, they really are exceptional.
Thank you for sharing this chap's journey with us Mr Cane. It's so wonderful to hear tales like this, wrapped up with all your Slime House super energy that you bring to every episode.
Love these designs. The colors and all the personalized weapons and special features are an upgrade homage to older toy lines. I’m going have to buy some. 🍩😂
They look fab. Hopefully will pick up a Major Eraser in the future money permitting 😄 Were a bit hidden on the indemands site so wouldn’t have stumbled across without your link. Enjoy the bank hols 👍😊🕹️
Wow man 🙌🏼🙌🏼🥲 much love! Always inspired by your work, such a privilege to have you capture these guys with your eye. Thank you for your support through the years! Can’t wait to toy hunt with you one of these days 🤘🏽🤘🏽
It’s sometimes difficult to bring some projects to life- budget, life responsibilities, feasibility (is it even possible to create it?) some projects serve the purpose to just help “keep the person going”, a daydream space their mind can go when things get rough. I really enjoy your channel and wish you the best.
I have a question, though.. if these are toys. Not art or a sculpture, but an actual toy. Then, wouldn't leaving any toy in it's original packaging mean you neglect to use these toys for their absolute purpose?🤔😅.
Cool figures, a very early 90s vibe going on, especially liked the Pringles guy! When it comes to opening or not opening toys, it's very much a matter of personal choice for the collector, I take mine on an individual case basis. I wish they'd make more toys you can remove from the packaging without destroying the packaging, that way you could choose whether or not to display them loose and then put them away for storage in one piece if you have to. ✌️
These are great. Wonderful personality to them, awesome sculpts, wicked paint apps. I'd love to see them make it over to the states. I'd definitely nab some.
That is a cool line, I checked the site, it is a shame that shipping costs to Europe are so high and I will need to pay customs on top. Is there any plan for distribution in Europe? I'm in Portugal 😢
DUDE THIS IS AWESOME! SO happy i stumbled across this channel! that Mandroid figure looks AWESOME Btw!.... the Wooden one, i mean. not the Crappy, Sleak, Professional, Expertly made REMAKE, i mean.
$25 a figure? That's too much for me. I'm already complaining about the mass produces toy lines charging $15 a figure for the toys that are meant to be played with
@@slimehousetv No doubt they're probably worth the price. I'm just the kind of person who doesn't normally buy collector line toys. Still, you have a market for these guys so I hope you have great success.
Liberate the toy! Toys were meant to be played with, take them out of the packaging. What's the point of keeping a toy in the box? If you're just gonna look at it? You can't enjoy it when it's trapped in the box. If you're gonna just keep it in the box just to look at it, then you might as well look at images online and save your money.
I did man! No disrespect and totally meant as a compliment. And I can see they are their own thing. But they'd be a blast to have to play with Food Fighters. However, I don't have toys from either of these lines. Love them, thanks for sharing.
@slimehousetv no worries. I can see how much you love this line too. I'm slowly gearing up to make custom action figures, custom parts, and maybe full on toy designs of my own. Following my love of vintage MOTU and the various lines styled around them and the 5.5 thing.
Hey man, just wanted to say how much I like your “camerawork”- the movements and “gliding timelapses”,(like the one you did while heat gunin’ the toys) , your framing, all that stuff (sorry, I don’t know the proper terms for it all) it’s all tight and smooth and delicious to my eyeballs. And your workspace is DOPE. Wish you and the “bearded twins” and other guys weren’t all the way over there… *sighs* Be well.
Hey man some things just aren't for everyone. I think the price tag is great though, it's usually like 20/25 for a little reaction figures and with these you get way more bang for your buck, I honestly couldn't believe they weren't more expensive man
These type videos are SO INSPIRING to us small-scale toymakers! Really neat to see something that sorta feels vintage (like "Food Fighters"), but is NEW on the shelves! Very well-done coverage of the figures, my friend!
Hey thanks so much for watching Crafsman! Glad you enjoyed the video. Super high praise! 👊💯
Videos just like yours, Crafsman!
They do remind me of the food fighter's line from the late 80's/ early 90's
I still have a couple food fighters. They were awesome.
I made the same comment before I say yours.

Totally agree dude
Well-said over here! Bigtime.
Major Eraser remembers me of the old school dancing raisins 😊
He was at our last Plasticon toy show down here in Miami. Super cool dude. I bought all 4 signed by him!
When i was a kid I designed a character named gum-shoe that was a detective made out of radiated bubble gum that made him anamorphic and he wore a hat like the noir detectives
These look incredible, I love that tape man
Works of art
Holy crap these are awesome. They feel like they have so much personality, I love them so much. Their facial expressions are soooo good
Glad you dig em dude!
whenever they sell on Amazon, I’ll buy em

I love that!
Honestly don't blame you for trying to preserve the packaging. The execution on those cards is top notch.
I totally forgot about these till this popped up in my recommendations. I was a big Food Fighters fan at one point and the vibe these guts give is so damn similar you just know they were inspired by looking at them.
Love to see childhood ideas come to life! These are clearly a labor of love. Thank you for showing us the 9 to 5 Warriors, Theo!!
Hey it's always a pleasure!
Cool video
I love the food fighters back in the day some of these are pretty close like the donut. Hope they sell well
These are amazing and great job on the art work!!!
Cheers dude!
These look great will definitely be looking to get these. I always buy 2 so I can unbox 1.... thats how I get round it
Wow amazing creations love these. I remember as a kid making daft stuff out of rubbers and blutack instead of listening in school 🙌🏻
Great vid Theo
Yeah that's exactly the vibe isnt it 🙏
These remind me of the Food Fighters line from my childhood.
They fit well with food fighters
I just came across your channel and Im delighted about the amount of useful information you share. Great work! You have a new suscriber!
Thank you so much for the kind words dude, glad you enjoy what I'm doing here!
This line looks amazing, what new toys should be like! Initially thought the same about scotchy but with the tape inside makes him dope!

Thanks for watching man!
Love this figures they are awesome! 👍 definitely something to put in my collection. Congratulations to the artist

These are so good. If ud of told us they were from some 80s cartoon id have believed it. Great character design.
That sellotape feature is absolutely genius! That's something I would've loved in a toy as a kid. I might have to cop one of these!
There could have literally been a while toy line around this back in the day, so cool

No problem dude!
Want to let you know, I seen the figure's in Toy attic's video at Toylanta. It's in the first 2 minutes that you see them
They are pretty cool, I specially like the crisp ones, the idea of multiple figures in one is so cool
Yeah he's deffo something special that guy 🙏
Such a cool line love that more and more is coming out of independent imaginative spaces
Yeah i fully agree dude 🙏
I would have loved them as a kid, I'm glad they're in the shops, they're well designed.
