Hi Robinson, what school are you enrolled at? I'm interested in seeing what schools are making use of the Factory IO program. The Separating Station is a great scenario to work on, but the video at this link: th-cam.com/video/e_LxbGPiJdw/w-d-xo.html doesn't have any additional info. aside from the end sequence. There are 2 entry conveyors that have to be turned on when you press the start button. The vision sensors are going to provide you with a 0-10VDC signal to distinguish between green and blue targets. Next, the capacitive sensors between the conveyors will turn on the pushers to push the product to the correct side. You can also make use of the vision sensor output to provide a count of how many of each target have been processed. Start off by making a list of all your inputs and outputs. Then create a sequence of events flow chart. Then start programming step by step. Don't get discouraged. This whole process can take days to complete, but at the end of the struggle you will have a really good understanding of the Siemens TIA program. If you go to this playlist, you'll find instructional videos on each of the TIA instructions: th-cam.com/play/PLyL0ResmI4Q3HIWvnMM18XpXkFMsS9Bcj.html
