I find a lot of personal preference in stiffness based on the type of diving your doing so... Blanket recommendation based on line diving and the information you've given I'd say softer may be the way to go. That being said, I've never seen you dive, don't know what fins you are kicking now or what performance you want out of your fin. Personally I have blades from very stiff to very soft and I like them each for different applications (instructing, spearfishing, depth targets, pool etc)
@Oregon Freediving Company an actual review of these in the water would be awesome, there seems to be literally zero reviews out there about these fins so far (and I'm sure there's interest given the price point) so you have a good opportunity to be first to review it too ;)

I always say to try them on with the sock you’re going to wear

@@oregonfreedivingcompany7382 im currently using leaderfins fiberglass with soft stiffness. I dont know if which one is stiffer. Carbon or fiberglass
