It took almost 11 hrs from delhi to chopta by car as we have to stop for breakfast and lunch dinner on the way and it’s dangerous also from Rishikesh onwards so depends on how experienced your driver is..
Its took 7k of petrol from delhi to chopta as my car give 12 kmp on mountains..
