Nice tour. I grew up in PT and my friends and I used to explore all of the bunkers back in the 60's...when it was still illegal. We had to climb the cliffs in order to reach the top bunkers for the best view of the Straits. Dangerous back then due to the many vertical shafts that couldn't be seen with out a flashlight...and we never seemed to have flashlights. Farther down the cliffs toward North Beach, there will still sandbagged machine gun bunkers. Thanks for jogging some memories.
I wished I would have visited here in 94 when I out processed at Ft Lewis. I stayed in Des Moines WA . Plan a visit soon I always loved Seattle. It was severe drought in 94 when I lived there. Thanks for video.
I’ve been to fort Casey and fort Ebey, but I haven’t been to fort Worden yet. It looks like really a really interesting place. I need to put that place on my list.
My friend Dave! long time no see. While watching this video, I was able to look around the actual fortress and several bunkers that remain around the exhibition area in this place that was used as a military fortress! However, it is great that many people can now take walks and tours.
Very nice as always 👍👍👍
Thanks so much for watching 😃

Richard Gere and Debra Ringer
Both great actors, but most of the younger generation have no idea who they are.
Thanks for watching and commenting Ronda.
The birds are barn swallows.
Thanks so much for watching 👍😃
Funny how the government gave the area to the state and the state requires a tax to visit it. Nice!
@@DEW321bj Agreed
Live birds, because they are to small to eat, even for one of the Olsen twins.
Beautiful tour👍
Thanks so much for watching 😃
At 5:44 you drive past the tree that Anna Morgan was near when she jumped from the cliff in the movie "The Ring"! :O
I did not know that Rich, thanks for the tidbit of info.
