Doggie has been playing Grief for like 3 weeks and has 35-73% as his best run. (Which isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s nowhere near how fast Space make his progress on SLH)
In his last video, Trick said Apocalyptic Trilogy is currently being "rebalanced" to make it less frustrating to play, so it might take a while for that one to get verified
I think It'll be Banshee (If it's even top 1 difficulty), Grief, Apocalyptic Trilogy. I really think that the community will be able to push Grief rate through (just like tidal wave) If The demon list accepts cbf after their recent pool.

Grief can't even be compared to other hell themes, that's how good it is. Saying something like "oh look grief and this level are red and black!" Is a horrible comparison. Small details matter.
i feel like if grief was verified with cbf and it wasnt rated, the demon list would allow levels with cbf on the list and let unrated levels on the list. if they dont want cbf used then the demonlist should atleast let unrated levels so stuff like tidal wave doesnt happen again.

The list only ranks the hardest rated levels, but I feel just limiting it to just rated levels when there are so many levels that could place but can't because of that factor. There has been so many levels that could have been top levels but wernt because rob didnt like it or some other reason. The same thing happened with tidal wave but he eventually rated that. unnerfed levels of other levels also cant be placed right now because they can't be rated unless a whole team of people put the effort just for the chance that it gets rated. The only issue with allowing unrated levels on the demonlist is bad looking levels but I feel that the list that ranks the hardest levels in the game should just rank the hardest levels in the game and not be some decoration competition aswell.
@@liminall you need to ensure some kind of quality in the list, you can’t just have zoink make 20 layouts and clog up the list with that. If you just allow literally anything on the list it will die out very quickly because no one will want to play anything on it. Only allowing rated levels ensures that there will be at least some kind of quality control within the list

I think the using cbf and due to that the level is not getting rated argument isnt true, since if you didnt know pyschopath by denipol was verified with cbf and got rated, but the real problem is if it is going to be accepted on the demonlist, which is the same problem that psychopath is having.
Easy fix: just as codependence is a list extreme CBD would make the level easier and therefore be verified with it "[CBF]Grief" - maybe still top 5 but not equivalent to tidal wave.
A couple things I can add to the discussion as someone who is a little bit more in the know than the general public. First, as far as I know, Doggie planned to buff Grief if something hard came out before it got verified, to make sure it will be top 1. Second, Doggie doesn't think he can beat Grief before October/November, however his progress states otherwise so make of that what you will. Third, APT isn't part of the equation that much as its not close at all according to Trick.
I feel like the demon lost needs to move away from robtop and not vide by when he rates levels because even though CBS isn’t in the vanilla game, it should still be allowed to verify top 1 levels like this in my opinion because of how the physics work in 2.2
tbh, the only reason cbf is controversial is because it's an advantage and is not in vanilla. if rob adds cbf to the game, controversy is reduced to null, as the reason for the controversy (it being a mod) is gone

Devices live mice or keyboards have a higher hertz rate than monitors, but mobile screens have the same hertz when tapping, which means click between frames would do nothing to mobile players. I think click between frames won't be added to GD vanilla game for that reason.
All three of these levels have a caveat: - Banshee might not be harder than Tidal Wave - APT was buffed again so Trick's current runs of the Aftermath and Cataclysm sections don't count for as much - and of course for Grief, Doggie is using Click Between Frames so it'll probably be stuck in moderator opinion limbo and might have to be reverified without it in all, there's a decent chance we won't see another top 1 before the end of the year

My opinion is that banshee will be first verified in this month or in july, and it will be maybe placed at #1, then flamewall will be verified and then grief at last. My predictions for when it will be verified are: Banshee - June / July Flamewall - August / September Grief - I honesly think in octuber or november. And about APT, it's being rebalanced and MAYBE it would'nt be top 1
i do not think any of these scenarios will happen and i can say that with a 99% certaincy vehemence has not been mentioned at all in this video which is a little bit absurd considering it has been buffed a TON (according to one of his close friends) and popoff shows excellent promise to beating it doggie has estimated grief to be verified by the end of the year, which seems reasonable IMO, but considering the huge skill gap between popoff and doggie, it's guaranteed in my eyes that popoff will beat vehemence before doggie beats grief. rates dont matter at all it doesnt impact the levels so uh idc about that but i hope both of the players use cbf to encourage robtop to add it to vanilla

The problem many people had with Tidal Wave was the fact that it would then be the face of Geometry Dash as its greatest achievement. While many people don’t like the generic hell-style of Grief, I think that it fits as the pinnacle of human accomplishment in this game. Though, I would like to see what other people think about Grief being top one in the replies.
