low key beg to differ on the shrines being the key feature of the world. I mean they're sort of supposed to be, that's how you get your upgrades. but stamina is the only thing that I feel helps, since it clearly improves your movement. hearts are cool to have but I swear most enemies will hit you for a quarter of a heart or beat you within an inch of your life with one attack so I don't find it very necessary to have more than a few hearts. and for me the draw of the game was immediately exploring the world itself. I activated shrines as warps and then immediately left to do them later.
Pretty sure that's called the one-hit protection. Every enemy that deals a massive amount of damage will reduce Link to a quarter of a heart even if that damage would have normally killed him. That's gone in Master Mode, though, so those hearts are definitely necessary then.
I still think that people have missed the point of Myahm Agana (the marble maze shrine). If you are following the path that the game sets out for you (Grand Plateau, Dueling Peaks, Kakiriko Village, Hateno Village) Then you hit all of the tutorial shrines followed by this one. So some might think that this is the tutorial for motion controls. But the difficulty level seems far too high for that. I think that the point of this shrine is to be SO FRUSTRATING that it encourages you to cheat and thus learn that in this game, there is no single right way to solve a puzzle. In short, it's teaching you that you can and SHOULD cheat.
One of the weirdest ones is Kaam Ya'Tak. So long and requires so many different skills. I refer to it as The Intern's Shrine, as it just seems so over the top and longer than many of the other shrines. Like they just didn't want to cut anything out. th-cam.com/video/CD2lhuk-c5I/w-d-xo.html
Aww, I loved the Shrine Quest where you rescue Nayru (sp?). Under normal circumstances, I love bow and arrow challenges that test your marksmanship. It's why I always had a phenic bow on hand too, those come in handy. Gosh I hate the Eventide one. It was one of the last shrine quests I did because I wanted to make sure I had plenty of hearts and enough elixirs to get the job done. So it made the challenge easier, but it was still nerve-racking and I hate that trope when your weapons are taken away from you. It's why I never got the Trial of the Sword DLC. One Shrine quest that was weird for me was one of the Krass ones involving the Blood Moon and you basically have to take off all your clothes lol. Only frustrating part was waiting for a Blood moon.
lol i just did the blood moon streaking shrine a few days ago, I was in the south labyrinth when i saw the malice rising and immediately started bolting to the swamps from the hidden shock arrow shrine
You know what's even weirder about the Kihiro Moh shrine? The part where you use the gyroscope on the box of balls? My sister and I BOTH don't remember ever doing that part. We're sitting here baffled.
There was one I forgot what it was called, but it had something to do with greed. All you had to do was run up a steep ramp. Tons of rupees were sliding down the ramp, so you could try to collect as many as your could. But also a bunch of spiked balls were sliding down, which could do great damage if you got hit.
greed hill is a weird shrine. you find it on death mountain, I think it's the shrine you find for the shrine quest "a brother's roast". bring the rock roast to the hungry goron looking for a shrine.
Lol I was real confused at the first one cuz I definitely did it but didn't remember the puzzle then I remembered that it looked hard so I wind bombed over it and for the hatano village shrine I jumped onto the maze thing and carried the ball over and used stasis to launch it onto the thingy
Twin memories was weird at first but then i realized what to do. If you want to finish it without memorizing you can take a picture of it with your camera rune you get from purah.
Anyone watching this probably already knows, but you fail to mention, one of the things that makes all the DLC shrines on the Great Plateau unique is that you have to do them all with only 1hp, a quarter of a heart, and they all have some damage dealing in them, and the DLC adds enemies to get in your way before the shrines even unlock, and you have to do all of that still on just a quarter of a heart...
I don't know what all would be on my personal list, but I think Misae Suma and Hila Rao would have made it, and like one of the shrines on your list, they're down to what you have to do to get in. Descriptions after the Read more. In Gerudo Desert, there is a rock formation near which a shrine can be found. However, its terminal has a blockage in the form of Pokki a Gerudo who's extremely thirsty. You might think one so thirsty would take any beverage, but no, she requires a specific drink called a Noble Pursuit, the signature drink of the Noble Canteen in Gerudo Town. On top of this problem, it cannot be made without ice, found in the Northern Icehouse, and the owner of the icehouse will only give it to you once she's awake. This means that you'll have to carry ice from one end of a ruin infested with enemies without letting the ice get too melted. Oh, and did I mention that some of these enemies breathe fire? So you'll have to stay in the shadows as much as possible, moving through direct sunlight as necessary, to get to where Furosa is waiting. Get it to her, and all that remains is for you to tell Pokki that there's a drink waiting for her in town. She'll immediately run to go get it. So how much was dehydration... and how much was withdrawals? (The shrine itself is just a Blessing shrine, so nothing that special on the inside. It'd be a perfect match for Melting Ice Hazard, but no, they put that in the shrine where you have to melt the ice off of it.) In the Hylia River sits Floret Sandbar, populated by enemies and a solitary woman. A shrine is also there, surrounded by flowers. No big deal, you might think, if you haven't heard of this place or encountered her before, as you've no doubt been walking, running, possibly even jumping through the flowers in the rest of the world, even being encouraged to do so by a couple of the Korok challenge types. But if you even so much as touch a flower, she'll pull you back to the start and yell at you. So you have to navigate the flowers as you would a maze -- or come gliding in from a higher place -- and watch out for the enemies within. They themselves are not so hard, but dealing with them without touching the flowers is a bit more difficult. And, just to catch out the unwary, there are some flowers right in the middle of the bit just before the goal! (The inside is just Drifting, which I don't think I would consider weird on its own, but YMMV.)
I never played breath of the wild and I still haven’t. I’ve never really played any Zelda game. But I remember One time my My friend you had played the game tried to explain it to me and I had no idea what he was talking about. I asked him why some elf guy woke up in a pool in his underwear and he started talking and I had no idea what he was talking about😂
LOL? Because he was put into coma to not die and kill Ganon afterwards? Story per se is literally non existent in BOTW, You can sum it up in few words really. So no idea, what the guy was smoking or maybe he started with explanation of all the lore and world(s) in other Zeldas.
Am not goons watch this vid be coorect me if I'm wrong This is probably gonna be a list we're you have motion controlles shrines "it's just kinda wobly playing with the motion controls. Wich doesn't make it tO much fun" sounds like something that will be said here
I don't really have much to say about the video as I haven't played this game since I find it too complicated, but I will remind you of some of the requests I've made in the past, 1) I requested that you do a video comparing the 5 versions of "Super Mario Bros 2 USA" including "Yume Kojo Doki Doki Panic", the unreleased prototype version, the NES version, the SNES version, and the Gameboy Advance version, and I should mention that someone did make a video comparing the NES version and "Yume Kojo Doki Doki Panic" as seen here (m.th-cam.com/video/uDQq8Im2hVI/w-d-xo.html) though I will say he doesn't compare all the versions as I want to see, 2) I'd love to see a video about "Yume Kojo Doki Doki Panic" talking about the backstory of the characters in the game, the origins of the ideas for the characters by Fugi TV, and if there are any stories that have been made using the characters in any format since, 3) looking at the weirdest, hardest, easiest, humorous moons in each kingdom in "Super Mario Odyssey", I hope you will take my suggestions and eventually do them but until then in the words of "The World's Greatest Canadian (Red Green): Keep Your Stick On The Ice".

Dupe your hearts, ok. Especially in Master Mode

What redskiez said, and more hearts means you need to heal less often.
Plus, it's kind of fun playing the game and trying not to get hit

Maybe, but also, like, Myahm agana isn't even that difficult normally

Great video! I would love it u did more videos on Zelda. 🎮

Naydra.

The Fateful Stars shrine was one of my favorites. I felt so smart when I figured it out without a guide XD
You know what's even weirder about the Kihiro Moh shrine? The part where you use the gyroscope on the box of balls? My sister and I BOTH don't remember ever doing that part. We're sitting here baffled.
11:04 Bomb Arrows? And there I was trying to lineup my shots the hard way.
Ah yes, my favorite rune! *CRYOSIS*
Let's not forget Flowerblight Ganon

@@iBenjamin1000 yes! That was it!
@@iBenjamin1000 what was the monk's name?
Everytime you say "cryosis" I just cant stop laughing 🤣🤣🤣
I JUST LOVE THIS GAMW
Lol I was real confused at the first one cuz I definitely did it but didn't remember the puzzle then I remembered that it looked hard so I wind bombed over it and for the hatano village shrine I jumped onto the maze thing and carried the ball over and used stasis to launch it onto the thingy
3:17 I loved that one!
Twin memories was weird at first but then i realized what to do. If you want to finish it without memorizing you can take a picture of it with your camera rune you get from purah.
That's the idea? I mean most obvious thing which come to mind is to use game rune camera, or make Screenshot of the game itself.
I think that eventide island is the weirdest because of the fact that link is in nothing but his underwear
What about the one where you have to unlock it during a blood moon? That one is pretty weird
Thank you for the video! God bless 💓

11:59 “tons and tons and tons of balls” 😳😏
On she vaneer and she vaneth or whatever the names are. I associated the one pattern with the McDonald’s jingle
Cool!

Nice
i did the dragon one easy peasy cuz i knew i was saving a dragon and dragons are awesome
on the first shrine you could also windbomb lol
What about the one in the dark forest? I thought that one was pretty weird!
3:56 i just killed Hinnox from the boat with all of my armor and weapons and then easily killed and completed rest of the camps
the shrine at 3:04 was so easy wdym it was hard I just ran through it I think it took me like 5 mins at most
I am so happy 😁
9:15 me who uses a wind bomb, 😅
Mayahm Alana shrine is a case where the Wii U is indisputably superior. I have had zero problems with that one on the Wii U version
I cheesed the twin shrines with wind bomb
Have of the shrines in the video I just moon jumped😂😂
11:05
wait...
*YOU CAN USE BOMB ARROWS FOR THAT?!?!?!?!*
Actually my old buddy was upset at this shrine and threw his controller and it solved the thing LOL
For the twin one I just used paper and pencil to copy

I hate all the shrines you mentioned
Ok
You left out an "n" in "Lightning".
you knew what it was supposed to say tho, so who cares
No no no, they totally were just saying lighting, as lightning totally wouldn't have fit within the context at all
Lmao I windbombed most of them
Oui
6:30 I did it no stasis
Same
Cryosis he said it’s cryonis
My favorite enemy igneo talus titas
Am not goons watch this vid be coorect me if I'm wrong

these arnt weird, these are hard. and you're wrong about the memory one, Shrine A1 has the answer for Shrine A2 and A2 has the answer for shrine A1
