@@MrQuick999 well sir, in the end if we are talking about cloaks. Then we are talking about camoflage. Star trek has the klingons like the first country to build a submarine that works. That my friend, is a vessel that is cloaked. That I detected with my FlirOnethermal imager infrared camera. High end camera. In 2018 summer. So that craft is there . The camera detects heat and converts it to an image for us to look at. So,,,in short we have craft in our skys that can fully cloak but the infrared can detect them. That craft is my very first one I saw. And I thought it bared a striking resemblance to the Klingon bird of prey. Go figure cause I love star trek. So I spliced it with the movie to show the similarities and you my friend are the first person to mention it. Good eye. So welcome to your new reality. They are everywhere and all shapes and sizes. And I film them and post them all the time. Just go through my videos. I recommend, for shock value go to my video entitled,,,,April 6th 6:45p.m. ship coming through. And then look at the video entitled " Easter Morning VISITOR " My first reaction was the same as yours. Feel free to ask any questions you like. I will answer you . Have a good day sir.😎
If you are looking for my original video of the ship in infrared. It is called " Bird of prey observations " It's more towards the end area of my video list but the title should take you there. Enjoy

@@generalagondray Yeah and I'm sure it was tactically unnecessary. By the time they'd gotten over their confusion and rearmed the harpoon gun, the Bounty would've beamed the whales aboard and flown away. I think the decloaking was solely for cinematic and dramatic effect. Or you could explain it in-universe as the Bounty's crew wanting to teach the whalers a good lesson.
it was to intimidate, blocking 1 harpoon sure the bounty could have the whales beamed up and then the whalers just turn around and kill more whales and keep going. Instead they just scared the piss out of a ship boat of whalers who will probably never whale again and either be labeled as loons or other whalers will get the message.
Ahahaha what a child I am . Apparently you did not realize that the entire video is about the short clips of Infrared video of cloaked aircraft that are in our real life sky right now. @@Johnnylooks_Overhead5164 That was fuzzy. It needed a lot more work to clean up the image. Your IR clips was more like a Rorschach test. Your clips were more WTF, than anything else.

Thanks never claimed to be a professional. And I'm not monetized. And I never expected it to get views. Also I was making an attempt to show anyone who looked that we have real ships cloaked in our sky. Everywhere all the time. Infrared picks them up. So there you go now you know.
It's actually from when I was first trying to figure out how to make and edit videos and had not yet heard of a screen recorder app. So it is simply recorded right off the screen from my phone. And then I overlayed a lot of the in ship conversation over parts of the approach of the crew towards the whaling ship. The original movie segments as they approach is basically suspense music. I think I made it a little more dramatic. Again Back then I was just messing around although we love Star Trek especially when they decloak , stop the harpoon and hover over the ship. I was like Yaaaah !!!!. I had no idea it would at this point have around 43 thousand views. I make all kinds of videos as a hobby and I'm amazed if they get 43 views ha, ha, ha. That was such an awesome scene when I saw it in the Theatre back in the 1980s.

The crew was probably screaming ALIENS we are being invaded!
The crew :
(runs towards the stern)
The boat turns around.
The crew:
-Shit!
(run towards the bow)
the captain of the whaling ship told the crew not to talk about this as they were poaching, hwever , this was discussed on coast to coast am , in search of and unsolved mysteries along with x files for years .
She will always be my favorite Star Trek ship!
The whales don't want the shot either, they're waiting for the human trials to end.
Bird of Prey saved the whales in planet Earth and Spock returned home and starts working in the Enterprise.
Great movie.

A mere harpoon shot from a 20th century whaling ship can make a 23rd century Bird Of Prey decloak? 😂

No they decloaked on purpose to scare tf out of the whalers. If it wasnt for the ship decloaking, theyd just ready another shot for the whales.
