You can start with either 3.5 from MAP, or go ETS 4 inches so you won't have to upgrade if you plan to go pass 650-700hp.
What about the Treadstone Evo X intercooler that you sell? How does it compare to these? Real data would be useful to see.

I have a sheepy on mine. Works great.
Treadstone intercooler FTW. Uses very efficient core, stock width and height. 3inches thick. 700hp capable. $300.

I just got my 4 inch ETS intercooler 2 weeks ago, and boy does it make a difference from stock. 4 inches is a one time buy (In most cases) for a build. But if you don't have any plans beyond 700hp, a 3.5 inch intercooler will be more than enough.👍🏽

I would recommend the Wagner Tuning intercooler, it costs a little more than the ones shown but is German engineering art
Ams that's what I used.
Surprised the AEM intercooler didn't make the list as it has some interesting internal air guides in the cast end tanks to help ensure even air distribution across the face of the intercooler, and this was developed using CFD. Otherwise most intercoolers have most of the air sling to towards the bottom, while the top of the intercooler doesn't do as much work. Last but not least for those that live in CA it is probably the only intercooler that is CARB legal!!
What about depo 4 inch intercooler bolt ?
Depo Racing 4" intercooler. A few TH-camrs have this running with 500hp-600hp. Currently $350.
been waiting for 4-6 months for them to restock and they havent ..

They should fit with some minor modifications
The licp is different but I believe it can be done without to much work
Hopefully since I have a 2014 Ralliart and looking to upgrading the intercooler and CAI to a aftermarket evo x one

is a tune required after fmic install?
Yes anything that changes airflow will need a tune for it to run properly 👍
