A helpful tip, loosen up all gland head bolts first by 1/4 inch have operater push down on controls quickly, it will pop open head from piston, no need to hammer apart.also that machine needs stops welded up for tilt cyl, thats why piston did not just slide off, its bottoming out in cylinder. Should have stops welded to prevent from bottoming all the way out.(each way out,in)

I haven't rispect to their boss because is a total unskilled worker. is good only for words, but hasn't brain . I am an old service man, all days, from 40 years, i do same work, on large constructions machines. The young mechanics boss is a total unskilled mechanic ( and considered him a mechanic isn't correct ). Tks

Will have to do it all over again in 100hrs.
Lube the seals, use clean towels, use clean solvents.
