Thank you so much! I saved some insights on my IG highlights (It's called “Weight loss”) but in short, I stuck to a calorie deficit for about a year (I was on 1600-1700 kcal a day) + regular exercise 🤎

Hello Adriana! I too am striving to read more, and so far it's been so relaxing! I have also started journaling again, which I haven't done in more years than I care to think about!😉😂. I used to journal avidly in my early 20's, when my husband was constantly out to sea in the US Navy and I was raising our little girl alone in Virginia, away from home, family and friends. I had forgotten how helpful it is, for me personally, to write down my feelings and thoughts. Picking up journaling again after so many years, is helping me to slow down and appreciate where my life has taken me. Thank you for being such a great inspiration! "A Discovery of Witches" (one of the books you looked at while in a books store) is one of my favorites! It's very well written in my opinion and will keep you on your toes as you are reading it. I enjoyed your review of "The Courage to Be Disliked". It sounds like the kind of book that empowers one to get out of the "victim" mindset (always finding something or someone to blame for whatever is happening to you) and accept responsibility for one's own choices, including on how to respond to trauma. It starts with looking within and finding one's power within. Yes, I would like to increase my reading time as well! Thank you so much for another lovely video!

We speak English at home as it is the only language everyone understands (I’m originally from Poland, Andrei is from Romania and our children's primary language is English). I don't find it difficult at all, I know I have a strong accent but it's easier for me to express my thoughts in English than in Polish, probably because I don't speak much of the latter anymore xx

Hello Adriana I recently found your blog (by accident) . I already watched few videos and I really like them. I love how you can picture the nature around you, and the way you appreciate your small things in life. I'm still learning to appreciate life myself by finding the new pathways to enjoy (especially accepting the fact, that going back to my home country for the 0:04 next few years is not possible) and I'm glad to see the simplicity and beauty of every moment you share with us.❤
We have very little help with children, only when my mum visit (she lives abroad), otherwise we do everything with children, I just choose not to show them too much online.
