Between extended conversations in the hub worlds to the boss encounters it's definitely him, but a lot of Characters have specific lines when you encounter a mini boss that's one of their respective villains, the same way Spider-Man talks to Scorpion in the first level, so honestly you just have to experiment on other playthroughs once you know which bosses you'll encounter in a certain level
I should mention that because Nintendo published Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3, that technically means they own the game. It’s gonna be practically impossible to see that game ported to other consoles other than possibly the next Nintendo system.

Deadpool was at his best with John Kassir voicing him back in X-Men legends 2, and was at his worst with the Deadpool 2013 game. Wish John Kassir was utilized more as he is to Deadpool what Kevin Conroy is to Batman and what Mark Hamil is to The Joker.
Deadpool the game is honestly so underrated, I think it would have been much more successful if they waited til the movie had come out. I bought the game after seeing it and now that I’m playing it I honestly love it. I just miss Ryan Reynolds
