Almost every Soccer player is built that way- just run around on a field and change directions with random short breaks to rest for about 90 minutes (a simulated Soccer game)
@@gracep6557 yeah that's unfortunate, sounds like Your genetics just doesn't promote good quad (and hamstrings?) development. Hopefully Your muscles are balanced strength wise so You're not injury prone but You will probably never get the exact aesthetic look that You want there.

Aww this brings back so many memories...I played soccer at SMU (2003-2006) but was recruited by George Vanlinder (Baylor's coach before Codd) when he was at SMU (he left that Spring before I signed). Enjoy college and this experience...some of the best years of my life. I miss eating all that food too LOL :)
Don’t know if you’ll see this but I really loved this video. I was supposed to go play soccer for a D2 college but unfortunately I tore my ACL and it cut my dreams short. I’m never giving up on soccer even though I can’t play in college. Great video and good luck this season!

Chris Smith I have been playing soccer for a long time, my claves r built just not my quads idk why they can’t grow! I workout a lot too at the gym
