Humor is actually one of the highest levels of understanding a language, so she is doing well in her understanding of English. It seems to have improved a bunch.
Its why Japanese and other asian language speakers will be surprised at learning jokes. They play on both similar looking symbols and mixing kanji with understanding to get 2-3 layers of punny in a single line. Once you can easily understand you are basically fluent.

That joke where you take 0.25 % of roof becoming an oof is wrong, it's either 0.25 or 25% that translates to 1/4. If you take 0.25 %, you take only 1/40 of the roof, it becomes a roof, may seem the same but you can't see a pixel taken out off the r.

Technically 100% can also be rendered as simply "1." 0.25 is not an uncommon way to represent 25% since anything times 0.25 results in 1/4th.
@@officiallyjan8596 yes, but 0.25 does not equal 0.25%, 0.25% = 0.0025 which is is way less than 25%, so basically, the person that made the joke on stream mixed it up, because if we do the math, if you take "0.25%" of a roof, it is still a roof, you didn't even take 1% of it, so i think it was a typo on the stream

There was a EN/JP viewer in chat one time sending her Japanese 'dad' jokes and I remember help translating some of them for the EN bros, it is nearly 100 percent wordplay with homonyms in Japanese 😅
