I love avocado dice in my salad it is so yum! Two hand full Mixed Greens salad, dice cucumbers, sliced plums tomatoes, two boiled eggs, pecan nuts, a sprinkle of sharp cheddar cheese with thousands island. Is a lunchtime staple at least three times week for me. It is so filling. You should give it a try. My favorite breakfast, is toast bread with a little butter and sliced avocado. Its is heavenly. Love it😋
The crunch of the bread, the salty taste of the butter and creamy feel of the avocado exploding in my jaws does it for me Vivian 😄
