Best diving I have ever had .Currents can be overwhelming sometimes. I have over 1500 dives and I called upon many skills I have learned over 30 years of diving .Have fun
Breathtakingly beautiful ocean life! Wish I was a young Whipper snapper....I would definitely taking up ocean diving photography, for I love both hobbies! You did a wonderful job filming! Keep em coming!♥️
All I have to say is thank you for making beautiful video to add to my bucket list. I will practice in Cozumel currents for time being until I get my master certificate. I can't imagine it being any sweeter than this. 😅
kurgon1976 Great point we adore a turtle who will engulf a whole sponge in 1 mouthful but scorn the human who touches coral. Be respectful but that underwater environment is VERY healthy.
Really is quantity and quality of life...good use of filters in these videos...My guess is that you used a Sealife camera - my Micro HD gives a very similar image quality to these videos ... thanks for this
Great vid. I've been to the Galapagos three times, and never seen all the big players in one trip like you seem to have. And the viz was incredible, much better than any of my trips. And the hammerheads came in nice and close, you guys were so lucky. Whenever I've been diving at Wolf or Darwin, they were always there but very skittish and usually some distance away. You really did have an exceptional trip, trust me. I've gone twice in March, and once in May. It would appear you must have went in Jan or Feb. Is that correct? Did that boat not sink at Cousins rock shortly after your trip? One of the main boats sunk, I thought it was an Aggressor boat. Could be wrong though.
i have been diving for 500+ in 10 years but never see this much pelagics in my life, but i have seen the best tiny stuff and corals of the asia pacific. one day i will be there but i don't like chompy water
I recently went diving in Cozumel and heard some guys talking about diving here. I did some research, and it said you should be an experienced diver because of the strong intersecting currents. Is this true? Because I would really want to go if I ever got the chance, but currents are a pain...
Awesome, just curious, when were you in Galapagos, I've been told the water in Galapagos is very cold appox. 17 - 20 degree, is it true? dry suite needed?
Amazing how much you saw, peguins, iguanas, hammerheads, whale sharks, mantas, mola mola, dolphins....unbelievable...

Now I want to go!
-One day sooner I will.
Mahalo for sharing!
That was a school of what...maybe 50+ hammerheads? Amazing! That too in 2013! Gives me hope!
Great video dude! Although it really breaks my heart to see all these fins and hands right on the coral... why??
it's not coral. It's volcanic rock. There is no coral and in a lot of spots you have to hold on because the current is so strong.

The strong currents! Sometimes it’s not intentional
Man...the hammerhead school is amazing. Great visuals mixed with kalkbrenner music - love it!
Nice! En plus, les couleurs ne tirent même pas vers le bleu. Trop fort! ;-)

Absolutely. The currents are very strong. Just returned from a week of diving on Darwin and Wolf. So worth it though!
